Ceres Industries now offers clients online self service functions to better serve new and existing clients. Online services include:

  • Online Ordering
  • Online Re-Ordering
  • Track Order Status
  • View Order History
  • Set Order Favorites

How to Order Online

  1. Register: Click here to register your client account.
  2. Login: Once you have been registered, you can log into your account using the Login button on the homepage or visiting http://manage.ceresindustries.com.
  3. New Order: To place a new order, click on "New Order" and enter the quantity you want to order of each product. Once you're done, click "Checkout". Review your order and enter relevant information such as PO#, delivery date, and additional instructions. When you're done, click "Submit Order". Once Ceres Industries has reviewed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. And when your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a transport notification email.
  4. Re-Order: To re-order, simply select the "Re-Order" function and select from a list of previous orders to re-order from. You can either re-order the entire order or edit a previous order to re-order.
  5. Track Order History Status: See the status of your current orders to see whether your order has been confirmed, being fulfilled, ready to ship, or delivered.
  6. Order History: See a detailed history of all previous orders.
  7. Set Favorites: For your convienience, you can pre-set your favorites product list to speed up future orders. You can then use the "Order Favourites" function for future orders.
